By accessing or using the MTL Lawncare website at mtllawncare.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

MTL Lawncare, LLC provides lawn care, landscaping, and snow plowing services in southeastern Massachusetts. Services include but are not limited to lawn mowing, seasonal clean-ups, hedge trimming, mulch installation, weed control, aeration, dethatching, plantings, hardscape, and snow plowing.

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and mutual agreement between MTL Lawncare and the customer. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

Free estimates provided through our website, phone, or in person are non-binding until confirmed in writing or verbally by an MTL Lawncare representative. Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions observed at the time of service.

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, check, and credit card.
• Recurring service customers will be invoiced on a schedule agreed upon at the time of service setup.
• Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
• Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee.

We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

MTL Lawncare reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible in such cases.

Snow plowing services are provided on a best-effort basis during active snow events. Response times may vary depending on storm severity, road conditions, and the volume of service requests. MTL Lawncare is not liable for delays caused by extreme weather or conditions beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for marking any obstacles (curbs, garden beds, irrigation heads, etc.) that may be obscured by snow. MTL Lawncare is not liable for damage to unmarked obstacles.

By scheduling services, you grant MTL Lawncare and its employees permission to access your property for the purpose of performing the agreed services. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the work area, including removing vehicles, pets, and personal property from service areas prior to our arrival.

MTL Lawncare is fully insured. In the event of damage caused by our negligence, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to assess and resolve the issue in good faith.

MTL Lawncare is not liable for pre-existing damage, damage to unmarked underground utilities or irrigation systems, or damage resulting from conditions outside our control (e.g., drought, disease, pest infestation).

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge, at our discretion.

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of MTL Lawncare, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

This Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MTL Lawncare does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bristol County, Massachusetts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Site or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
