1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the MTL Lawncare, LLC website at mtllawncare.com or by requesting any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

MTL Lawncare, LLC provides professional lawn care and landscaping services including, but not limited to:

• Lawn mowing, trimming, and edging
• Hedge and shrub trimming
• Seasonal clean-ups (spring and fall)
• Mulch installation
• Weed control and weeding
• Aeration and dethatching
• Snow plowing

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided through our website, by phone, or in person are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions, additional work required, or changes in scope. A binding price will be confirmed before work begins. MTL Lawncare, LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing to reflect actual conditions found on site.

4. Promotional Offers & Discounts

Promotional offers such as the "10% OFF First Service" discount are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice. Promotional codes or discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Discounts apply to the initial qualifying service only and must be mentioned at the time of booking.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

Customers must notify MTL Lawncare, LLC at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as promptly as possible in such cases.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and efficient service, the customer agrees to:

• Clear the service area of personal items, toys, pet waste, and other obstructions prior to scheduled service.
• Ensure gates and access points are unlocked or accessible at the time of service.
• Disclose any underground utilities, irrigation systems, invisible fences, or other hazards in the service area.
• Secure pets during the duration of service.

MTL Lawncare, LLC is not liable for damage to items not properly disclosed or cleared from the service area.

7. Property Access for Online Quotes

Customers who request a "Fast Online Quote" acknowledge and agree that an MTL Lawncare, LLC representative may conduct a visual survey of the exterior of their property from public access areas without prior notice. No interior access will be requested. The customer does not need to be present during the survey.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless a separate written agreement has been made. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of service. Recurring service subscriptions (e.g., mowing plans) are billed as agreed in the service contract. Late payments may be subject to a late fee.

9. Limitation of Liability

MTL Lawncare, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services or website. Our total liability to any customer for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, natural lawn conditions, or weather-related outcomes beyond our control.

10. Insurance

MTL Lawncare, LLC maintains general liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request. While we take every precaution to protect your property, any claims for damages must be reported within 48 hours of service completion to be eligible for review.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of MTL Lawncare, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bristol County, Massachusetts.

13. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on any form on this website, you agree to the following terms governing text message communications from MTL Lawncare, LLC:

• Program Description: MTL Lawncare, LLC uses SMS/MMS text messages to send quote confirmations, appointment reminders, service notifications, and occasional promotional offers.
• Consent: By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
